A paper published in International Journal of Housing Policy has been shortlisted for a national UK research by the Royal Town Planning Institute.

The RTPI Awards for Research Excellence recognise and promote high quality, impactful spatial planning research from RTPI accredited planning schools internationally. ‘Replication through partnership: the evolution of partnerships between community land trusts and housing associations in England’, authored by Dr Tom Moore of the University of Sheffield, has been shortlisted for the Early Career Researcher Award. Award winners will be announced on the 12th September at the UK & Ireland Planning Research conference in Belfast.

The shortlisted paper can be viewed online here and will be published in a forthcoming special issue on international comparisons of community-led housing initiatives. This nomination is testament to IJHP’s high relevance and meaningful impact on housing policy, practice and research.
